Our branch in Dubai is looking for an
Event Technology Warehouse Manager (m/f)
to start at the earliest opportunity.
Your duties will include the preparation of equipment for productions, handling the return of equipment as well as checking it for visual and functional defects. You will maintain and service our equipment.
You will dispatch equipment to other warehouses or deliver it personally to production locations and partner companies. Using our logistics programme you will check the inventory regularly, supervise existing orders and complete them where necessary. You will also be in charge of your colleagues and assistants, and the organisation of transport.
You have many years of professional experience in handling rental equipment, preferably in the event technology business. You are able to work independently, thoroughly, confidently and reliably, and place great emphasis on quality. You possess very good comprehension skills and can respond quickly to new challenges.
You are flexible in terms of time, are physically strong and able to retain an overview even in stressful situations.
We require a working knowledge in the areas of light and sound technology, a fluent command of German and English, a working knowledge of the current Office programmes, a forklift operator licence and driving licence valid to drive 7.5t trucks in the UAE. The ability to speak Arabic or Urdu is desirable but not a prerequisite.
