Digital Live Events – the Most Comprehensive Solution for your Virtual Event

The current situation can be extremely demanding, and the event sector – usually such a hive of activity – is facing new challenges. Numerous major events, trade fairs, congresses, etc. have been cancelled. Event organisers are therefore being forced to consider short-term alternatives and to respond on behalf of their clients.

We have no wish to stick our heads in the sand or to run through hypothetical, apocalyptic scenarios in our mind's eye. Special situations call for special solutions – and these are available for a wide range of virtual event formats. After all, what could be more obvious than bringing the event to the guest if the guest can't come to the event? Customised streaming solutions enable participants to experience the occasion live despite current restrictions.

Mercedes Benz press conference – example of transforming a live event into a streaming solution at short notice

For example, Mercedes Benz promptly moved its press conference to mark the Geneva Motor Show to studios in Stuttgart, enabling journalists to watch the presentation in the form of a live stream. Link to the stream – We provided the audio for the conference and the video playout at the venue.

We are your perfect partner for such prompt responses because we have a wide range of solutions for Digital Live Events that enable organisers to act quickly – reliable, professional and in top quality. We design individual solutions to precisely fit our clients' individual needs: these could be a broadcast from the client's own conference room, a congress centre or even different venues; different formats such as a presentation stream or bi-directional transmission are also available.

Stability, performance and a high level of security are ensured by our ICT solutions. Technicians based at our Network Operations Center (NOC) in Hanover monitor the process to ensure trouble-free operation of the IT infrastructure, which we designed for hybrid and virtual meeting solutions.

Ensure the multilingual capability of your event with RSI

A further plus is our cross-border "Remote Simultaneous Interpreting" (RSI). Whatever the languages involved, this technical platform enables simultaneous interpreting without the interpreter having to be present at the venue. RSI is a service package for congresses and events held in multiple locations or in different countries at the same time – whether organised as hybrid or virtual meetings or as streaming on demand.

Linked via high-performance IT networks, interpreters work with RSI without having to be physically present at the conference venue. The special IT transmission technology and infrastructure are available at our permanent RSI hub but can also be implemented as a temporary hub at any desired congress location. Collaboration platforms (Skype, Zoom, etc.) can be integrated at any time. Our colleagues on site install the required equipment and give support to the client.
