Lotus stands alone as a brand dedicated to pure drivers’ cars. Innovative engineering, cutting-edge technologies and advanced materials ensure that every Lotus car proves the value of achieving performance through lightweight.
The new modern showroom was officially opened recently with the support of HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mabarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance, and David Aldcroft, Head of Network Development of Lotus Cars Ltd. The event attracted a number of respected guests, existing and new customers, important media personalities and the Lotus UAE senior officials. A limited-edition Lotus 3-Eleven 430 sporting black and gold livery made centre stage at the event.
Felix Erdmann, general manager of N&M Dubai division, said, “The Lotus brand is dedicated to engineering and inspirational design and our lighting and audio direction complimented this approach with the streamlined equipment ‘designer stands’ with their sleek and modern look.”
The designer stand is one of the in-house innovation that N&M developed through the years in cooperation with renowned manufacturers to make the investment decisions based on the latest advances in technology and event requirements. The bespoke stand was created for an aesthetic appeal for lights and speaker support, a slimmer, neater alternative to big trusses that would seamlessly work in a modern environment, perfect for intimate to medium-scale gatherings.
Adrian Tudela, N&M’s technical project manager, said, “Our project team worked in close partnership with the team at Dan Bolton, who was as equally professional and passionate as we were. We see ourselves as service partners for the design and realization of high-quality and high-performance AV solutions”.
Meghan Hird, events director of Dan Bolton, commented, “This was our first collaboration with N&M and it was such a pleasure working with Adrian and his team”. I sought their support because the client had concerns over typical AV equipment. We were challenged to find a solution that would create the streamlined and sophisticated AV approach that our client sought”. The new Lotus Cars showroom has the capacity to display eight hand-picked cars. For the event, the client required a setup that will not distract the attention of the guests away from the cars and the pristine space. Meghan concluded, “I knew N&M were the perfect AV partner to solve this challenge thanks to their beautiful equipment, which fit perfectly. The result was highly satisfactory and the clients were thrilled with everything about the event”.
