The unique location of Station Airport at Düsseldorf Airport makes it an out-of-the-ordinary event location for digital and hybrid events. The modern architecture with surrounding panorama windows affords a view of the runways at Düsseldorf Airport. The generously dimensioned premises provide two livestream studios and three technology packages for digital event formats that also include hybrid events.

“Studio – Box”, installed in the gallery on the 1st floor, is excellently suited to discussion formats, streaming sessions or interview situations with up to 4 persons. The larger of the two studios, containing a stage measuring 10 x 5 m, can be used for staging online events with up to 8 persons.

Station Airport can also host hybrid events with up to 250 persons. The permanent hospitality and catering facilities round off the services offered for digital or hybrid events at Düsseldorf Airport.

The studio is run by a partnership between Arena Mietmöbel GmbH, Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH, Kirberg Catering GmbH and Neumann&Müller Veranstaltungstechnik.

Overview of the Three Technical Packages

“Studio – Box”

As the perfect environment for the smaller setting, the studio package S offers professional technical studio equipment for various studio situations. Whether keynotes, talks or digital seminars - the action area with up to 12 m² offers enough space for two protagonists subject to hygiene requirements.

“Studio – LED Stage”

Product presentations, press conferences or panel discussions - the LED Stage with its professional technical equipment creates the ideal framework for purely digital or hybrid events. Depending on the technical requirements, the studio packages M or L differ in scope in terms of equipment and staffing levels. A high-resolution LED wall as a stage background leaves plenty of room for design options. There is space for up to eight people on the stage with an action area of up to 50 m².
