We set great store by an open working environment in which employees can go about their day without fear; an environment in which everyone can express themselves freely, contribute ideas and pursue their personal development. By treating each other with respect, supporting one another and working together to achieve an aim, we create an environment in which people can feel at ease and realise their potential. Our motto is: “Come as you are!” – that is why mutual acceptance is so important.

Code of Conduct – a common guideline

Our Code of Conduct provides dependable guidance to all our employees in their everyday professional life. It summarises the most important rules and statutory requirements and provides clear recommendations on correct behaviour while also expressing our common principles.

To us, it is more than just a rulebook – it is a practical guide to fair, responsible and principled conduct. It applies to how we behave towards one another within the company as well as to our contact with partners, clients and society as a whole outside the company.

At our company, management does not mean forging ahead and hoping that the rest will follow. It means being a genuine role model – in attitude, communication and conduct. It’s all about developing a shared vision of the future that inspires and includes everyone.

We practise flat hierarchies and are an “all hands on deck” organisation, in which every idea is discussed openly. Communication is the glue that holds everything together. Frank, honest, straightforward and true to type – that is what we want to see. This means that feedback and criticism are welcome but should always be as between equals.
