Almost 45 years of Neumann & Müller Veranstaltungstechnik
That represents a great deal of experience in all kinds of events. It represents knowledge of technical developments, viable solutions and the potential for realising creative ideas with event technology. And, above all, it also represents a lot of satisfied clients and first-class references.
In 1981 when Jürgen Neumann and Eberhard Müller – while still studying video and sound engineering – founded a company for PA systems for radio productions as well as for the rental of audio equipment, they had no idea of the dynamic development that lay ahead. Neumann & Müller Veranstaltungstechnik started off with just 40 m² square metres of office and storage space in Dusseldorf. Their first orders came from the Westdeutschen Rundfunk (WDR).
Over the years we have grown to over 20 branches and trade fair offices in Germany plus a location in Barcelona, Spain. Today over 900 employees – engineers, production managers, project managers and experts from a wide range of different fields – work for N&M. We can also draw on a network of over 4,000 highly qualified freelance technicians and supervisors from a variety of disciplines. Working under our supervision, they help to ensure that your event is a first-class success. This closely-knit network of branches, central warehouse locations and experts ensures that our clients can quickly access our know-how and equipment across our various locations.
As we grow, our company is constantly acquiring new expertise. N&M started off as specialists for sound engineering but quickly expanded into the fields of lighting, video, conferencing, rigging, staging and event IT. Our studios for media production at our locations in Munich, Dresden and Hamburg – which now form our Digital Media unit –can realise all kinds of audio-visual content for our clients, such as multiscreen shows or 3D animations, for example.
In the midst of this rapid development, we have never lost sight of our goal of delivering complete client-focus and quality while also maintaining our company’s independence.
