We have countless jobs that you can do. However, we cannot offer training ourselves in every one of them, which is why we are happy to call on outside experts to help develop our employees. Cooperative Education is the perfect way to take on important tasks in our company right from the beginning while learning your future profession from scratch.
On the one hand, this applies to school leavers and those starting out on their careers, who we regularly support in a wide range of degree courses. On the other hand, we will be happy to help if you want to add a degree to your existing qualifications so you can do your job better or take on more varied tasks.
For a number of years now, we have partnered the DHBW (Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University) to enable our staff to benefit from Cooperative Education. At the same time, students from other universities, such as the IU Internationale Hochschule, also work for us on a regular basis. If you want to advance your career with a degree course, we are the right employer for you.
An excellent education is the basis for a successful career, especially when a large part of it is based on actual practice. Providing around 100 courses at a total of 10 different sites, the DHBW has a lot to offer young people who are looking to get their working life off to a flying start.
We have been a training partner of the DHBW since 2022, supporting our talented youngsters at the start of their career and helping them to gain more advanced qualifications at a later stage. Cooperative Education is not only an interesting option for school leavers. The DHBW also holds interesting options in store for our employees who, having qualified as specialists in the event sector, are now interested in obtaining higher-level qualifications.
The training partnership offers you the opportunity of enhancing your skills while expanding your career prospects at the company. Our goal is always to establish long-term employment relationships with graduates of the DHBW’s Cooperative Education programme.
We currently have Business Studies students in Mannheim and Ravensburg specialising in Fair, Congress and Event Management. We are also pleased to have other DHBW Cooperative Education students in other course at other locations
