Your tasks
Operational & Logistics Responsibilities
- Runner Communication: Act as a communication bridge between teams, ensuring smooth and timely execution of tasks.
- Forklift Battery Maintenance: Regularly monitor, charge, and maintain forklift batteries for optimal performance.
- Rental Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of equipment rental, including coordination, documentation, and return.
- Material Handling & Preparation: Supervise material overview, organization, and readiness for deployment.
- Truck Loading/Unloading Coordination: Manage and coordinate efficient loading and unloading processes for incoming and outgoing trucks.
Warehouse Support Duties
- Suspension Point Preparation: Assist in the assembly and confectioning of suspension points for rigging and setup.
- Annual Electrical & Safety Checks: Coordinate and ensure annual inspections and certifications for warehouse equipment and materials.
- Material Sorting & Workflow Optimization: Sort, label, and prepare materials while continuously improving warehouse material flow and organization.
Machine Maintenance at Fairgrounds
- Basic Maintenance Tasks: Perform battery and water management for onsite machines.
- Minor Repairs: Carry out small-scale repairs to maintain functionality and ensure safety compliance.
Your profile
The "Best Buddy" position encompasses a range of logistical, operational, and administrative responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities.
Languages: Conversational Spanish & English (B1 level)
Team Coordination: Experienced in supervising and coordinating up to 4 stagehands
