Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.
Your tasks
- Manage all office and administrative processes, including document and deadline management.
- Maintain providers´ contracts, personnel files, and company documents.
- Serve as the main contact for Spanish authorities and coordinate with tax advisors, labour consultants, banks, and service providers.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee enquiries.
- Prepare documents for internal and external partners.
- Improve and digitalise administrative workflows and help build a scalable office setup.
- Work closely with management by independently prioritising, coordinating, and implementing administrative tasks.

Professional Qualifications
- You ideally bring experience in office management, back office roles, assistance, or similar positions.
- You have solid knowledge of Spanish administrative processes.
- You understand commercial workflows and have strong organisational skills.
- You feel confident using common digital tools such as the MS Office suite and cloud systems.
Languages
- You speak Spanish and English fluently, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of German is a clear plus.
