Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. Your tasks
- Maintain the shared mailbox of rigging
- Answer clients within 24 hours on their requests
- Find a technical solution for solving the request
- Prepare the Drawing and send the quote to the client
- Call clients to request missing information or speed up the process
- Confirm the services in the supplier channel
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Start execution of the rigging process by printing the documents for the warehouse
- Availability during setup and dismantling times
- React on request in Fresh Desk System
Your profile
Experience in project management
Technical understanding
Business fluent in English and Spanish
Knowledge of handling and operating BricsCAD 2022 or similiar
Knowledge in dealing with cable suspensions and their installation in supporting structures
Knowledge of handling trusses and their selection
Knowledge in handling programmes for static load calculation such as SPX Limits or R-Stab
Current and power calculation
Professional selection and use of materials
