Technical Project Manager

Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.
Your tasks
- Integral Management of Audiovisual Projects: responsible for the creation, planning, execution, and closure of audiovisual projects, ensuring that objectives and client expectations are met together with the technical standards of the company;
- Coordination and Booking of Suppliers and Technical Staff: coordinate and book suppliers, as well as manage the necessary technical staff for each project, ensuring that all resources are available and aligned with requirements;
- On-Site Project Manager: act as the on-site Project Manager, supervising implementation and problem-solving during the event;
- Management of International Accounts: personalized treatment for key accounts;
- Problem Solving: quickly identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle;
- Use of CAD software and Vectorworks.
Your profile
We are seeking for a technically skilled professional with strong communication abilities and a client-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the events industry, particularly in corporate events and congresses, which will be the primary area of business development.
This role is based at the CCIB and other key venues across the city. The selected candidate will work closely with our established Events team, contributing to the growth and success of our Events unit.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong technical expertise in event production or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Proven experience in corporate events and congresses
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and adapt to dynamic environments
