… we took on the planning and implementation of a high-profile gala event with professional media technology, lighting and stage design, and content production. Our goal was to combine a classic award ceremony with precise technical implementation and a structured show sequence.

We took care of the rigging, developed a precisely coordinated lighting concept, provided professional sound reinforcement and supplied all the video and LED technology. As a visual highlight, 150 LED balls were installed above the audience, structuring the room and bathing it in harmonious light. The stage design was specially tailored to the specific requirements of this award show and offered clear lines of sight, emotional transitions and high-quality imagery.

As a full-service provider, we were able to fully unleash our creative expertise and realise a show concept that seamlessly combined technology, content and dramaturgy. For the elaborate intro show, the individual trades were synchronised via timecode. During the award presentations, the lighting was controlled by the media server via network triggers to enable a precise and dramaturgically coordinated sequence.

The content for the award ceremony was further developed and implemented by Digital Media based on the design concept. The existing award models were visually enhanced and supplemented with elaborate motion graphics. All content production was carried out in Unreal Engine. A special highlight of the event and the after-show party was an interactive, AI-based media element. The LED wall was used as an AI installation and generated audio-reactive visuals that responded to the DJ’s music. In addition, guests were able to enter their own prompts via a web interface and thus actively participate in shaping the visual appearance. This combination of interaction, artificial intelligence and event technology created a unique experience for the guests.
