Mercedes-Benz AG Management Meeting

… providing comprehensive technical support for the event in Stuttgart. The annual meeting brought together executives and IT staff from around the world and complemented a large plenary session with various breakout sessions and activation areas.

Thanks to our existing partnership with the Mercedes-Benz Museum, we were able to make optimal use of the museum’s existing infrastructure. We supplemented the museum’s in-house event technology – including LED walls, displays and sound systems – with additional control, lighting, sound and video technology. The result was a perfectly coordinated technical concept that optimally exploited synergies between location, technology and content – both for the Mercedes-Benz Museum as the venue and for the end customer Mercedes-Benz IT.

Our services included complete sound engineering support for the plenary hall and ancillary areas, including live music and streaming audio for the hybrid conference. In the area of lighting technology, we were responsible for staging the main stage and lighting the exhibition areas and vehicles. This was complemented by state-of-the-art video technology for presentations, video playback, recordings and live streams for hybrid participants.
