Living and enabling visitors to experience the fascination of construction machinery: that is the mission of the “Coreum” in Stockstadt am Rhein. In a space covering 80,000 m², there are eleven realistic demonstration construction sites used for the live presentation of machines, equipment and technologies.
In addition to the impressive exhibition, it provides a platform for innovations and all kinds of events – from fairs and conferences through to concerts – the likes of which can be found nowhere else in Europe. In its role of Preferred Partner, our Venue Services team lends its support with comprehensive consulting and technical implementation to make sure that every event at the “Coreum” is unforgettable.
The 5,500 m² Forum is the centrepiece of the complex and can be accessed by visitors via the 210 m² Foyer. Covering 1,360 m² and rising to twelve metres in height, the Expo Hall provides space for creative event ideas from the construction and material handling industries. A 490 m² gallery on the upper floor provides the best view of the Expo Hall and can be booked separately for exhibitions or as a catering area.
The 2nd floor accommodates two conference rooms that can be combined to create one large room measuring over 200 m². There are also other conference rooms and the “Freiraum”, which creates an informal workshop atmosphere with its ball pit and view of the outdoor area. The “Herz” is an elegant meeting room with an oak table and view of the Expo Hall.
And then, there is “The Sandpit”: covering 572 m², this light-flooded indoor hall with sandpit serves as a demonstration space where machinery can be put through its paces whatever the weather. This “playground” is also ideally suited for training courses, product presentations, team-building sessions and evening events.
The “Coreum” has its own restaurant whose modern ambience underscores the style of the location. Up to 130 guests can indulge in the culinary delights and enjoy the excellent cuisine. Thanks to its generously dimension and inviting design, the restaurant is not only a place to eat but also a room that reflects the character of the location as a whole.
