The ICM is located on the grounds of the exhibition centre in the east of Munich and provides versatile event spaces and ideal room solutions with state-of-the-art media technology for congresses, conferences and corporate events. Boasting 20 rooms ranging from 60 to 2,730 m², 7,000 m² of exhibition space and 27 conference offices, the ICM provides the ideal atmosphere for successful congresses and events. Top-of-the range building systems and stage equipment as well as direct links to Hall C1 and the catering areas support event planners in the realisation of their ideas.
In our role of long-time service partner of both the ICM and Messe München, we support event organisers on site with our extensive know-how and collaborate closely with the building’s functional departments and other service partners. Our team is in position right from the initial viewing to make sure events are run professionally and go off without a hitch.
The foyer of the ICM is an impressive sight with its noble natural stone floor and entrances arranged in the shape of a star. These provide harmonious access to the ground floor rooms. Generously dimensioned at almost 5,000 m², it provides space for a wide range of event formats. Thanks to the versatile layout options, the foyer can be divided into smaller spaces whenever required so that even smaller events can be imbued with an exclusive, inviting atmosphere.
Rooms 1 has an auditorium with orchestra pit, ascending seating and a 277 m² stage. It is suitable for openings, main congress stages and stage-oriented formats. Measuring 1,300 m², the room can accommodate up to 1,430 people. Versatile seating enables classroom seats for almost 750 people. The height-adjustable stage and a large-scale screen offer a range of options for staging presentations.
Hall B0 measures 3,500 m², is situated on the ground floor and boasts impressive real wood parquet flooring that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its modern, appealing architecture makes it a versatile room that is ideally suited to customised productions, impressive shows and exclusive gala dinners. A wide range of different event concepts can be realised thanks to the hall’s generous dimensions and flexible layout options.
Hall C1 is one of Germany’s largest pillar-free locations and provides 10,000 m² of space for up to 9,000 people. It is directly linked to the ICM via a glazed expressway. The hall has three stage spaces and a deluge fire suppression system. It sets international standards in terms of major events. The first floor houses furnished offices and dressing rooms to ensure a professional setting.
