The ICS is one of Germany’s largest congress centres. Comprising congress hall C1, multifunctional hall C2 and the seminar and conference area, it provides 33 versatile spaces for up to 10,000 attendees. The contemporary architecture combines with an abundance of daylight to create an attractive ambience while state-of-the-art congress technology allows organisers wide-ranging freedom in shaping their events. Thanks to its direct link to Messe Stuttgart, visitors benefit from the central location and shared infrastructure. Ten halls offer a total of 120,000 m² of exhibition space.
In our role of long-time service partner to the ICS and Messe Stuttgart, it is our job to support event organisers with our extensive know-how and close collaboration with all functional departments. With our on-site offices and strong service network, we make sure that our clients can direct their full attention to their event management.
Congress hall C1 on the ground floor can accommodate up to 3,000 people and complete blackout is possible. A soundproof partition system can be used to divide the hall into four separate sections. C1 has a permanent stage and a number of performance spaces.
The multifunctional hall C2 on the ground floor can accommodate up to 5,000 people and can also be used for exhibitions. A partition enables parallel use for congresses with accompanying exhibitions and catering.
On the upper level, rooms C3–C10 provide up to 33 flexible conference and seminar rooms for 12 to 440 people. A partition system enables customised adaptations; additional technical equipment can be installed in each room. These rooms also feature daylight, blackout options and a gallery with a view of the Messepiazza
