Surrounded by fascinating architecture and an impressive exhibition on the history of the automobile and mobility since 1886, every event is a genuine experience. Whether an exclusive dinner, congress or large party – the versatile spaces will provide you with countless possibilities, irrespective of the regular opening times.
Receptions held in the midst of the world’s first automobiles and the legendary Silver Arrows make a particularly memorable impression. Upon request, guided tours of the museum can be arranged to lend your event that certain something. The location has its own catering service to spoil visitors with regional and international culinary delights.

The entire exhibition space can be booked for events. The setting among historic vehicles lends a stylish touch to any congress or dinner event, and the permanent exhibition is available for an exclusive visit outside the regular opening times.
This level accommodates a large Atrium with 1,172 m² of floor space and a height of 34 metres plus the 498 m² multifunctional Great Hall. 300 attendees can occupy the Great Hall when the museum is open. Outside of the opening times, this event space can be combined with the Atrium to accommodate up to 800 guests.
The 280 m² Casino is available for exclusive events with up to 120 guests. It affords a spectacular view of the neighbouring football stadium and surrounding vineyards. It can be booked in combination with the neighbouring Lounge (112 m²). The Roof Terrace (375 m²), with its outstanding panoramic view, can also be used along with Legend Room 1 outside of opening hours. The entire Level 8 can then accommodate up to 200 people.
The 1,669 m² Passage with direct connection to the multi-storey car park underlines the enormous flexibility of the museum as an event location. It accommodates the museum restaurant with 180 indoor and 65 outdoor seats. The Passage has a capacity of 1,400 people for events.
Silver Arrows – races and records can be booked as an additional special item on your event itinerary – for up to a maximum of 45 minutes and 100 guests. Visitors have the opportunity to undertake a team challenge changing real Formula 1 wheels against the clock. The reaction wall calls for lightning fast reactions.
The 1,119 m² open air stage has a capacity of 1,150. During the summer months, it can be booked with fully equipped infrastructure for events such as concerts, cinema evenings or product presentations. Cultural events can be incorporated into the “Urban Culture at the Mercedes‑Benz Museum” programme and the open air cinema season. The unique architecture of the museum always provides an impressive setting. In addition, the complete outdoor area can be used for major events with several thousand visitors.
