“Motorworld München” is a unique meeting place for car and motorbike enthusiasts as well as being a versatile event location. Situated on the premises of the former railway maintenance depot in Freimann, the venue boasts exclusive halls such as “Zenith”, “Dampfdom”, “Kohlebunker” and “Kesselhaus” as well as conference rooms in “Gebäude 79”. The impressive industrial architecture exudes a special ambience for all kinds of events. “Zenith” is an impressive event hall with industrial charm. Measuring 4,200 m², it features a flexible stage, direct vehicle access and can accommodate up to 6,000 guests. Ten backstage rooms and a partitionable hall make it the ideal location for concerts, fairs and corporate events.
The “Kohlebunker” combines historical stone walls with modern glass construction and creates a unique ambience. Covering 1,000 m², the hall features variable partitioning and is characterised by a high level of functionality as well as a special open-air feeling. When combined with the “Kesselhaus”, the result is a flexible event location with a capacity of 440 people.
The “Kesselhaus” makes a magnificent impression with its historical steel frame construction and preserved boilers. The 900 m² hall can be used for a wide range of events and is accessible for vehicles at ground level. Featuring WLAN, backstage rooms and 700 parking spaces, it is unique in terms of both function and atmosphere. The location can accommodate 1,300 guests.
Motorworld München has 24 conference rooms, some of which are named after motor racing legends like Stuck und Röhrl. Measuring six to 134 m², they hold four to 126 people. The “Kleine Lokhalle” features flexible partitioning, a stylish “Lok-Lounge” with bar and an outdoor terrace.
This 75 m² lounge with panorama window can hold 120 guests and is suitable for all kinds of events. Highlights such as the Zeppelin-inspired bar, historical pictures, a light installation with hovering pebbles and a sound-insulating moss wall all help to create a special ambience.
