“Meeting in the Park” was the motto for the opening of the Scandic Group’s conference hotel in 2023. It is situated right next to the River Main and Hafenpark and sets new standards in the premium business segment with its 2,100 m² of event space. The highlight is the 600 m² “Ballroom”. Thanks to versatile partitions it can be converted into three pillar-free rooms. With its heavy current supply point, large LED walls and vehicle access, it is ideally suited to congresses with up to 500 attendees. The conference area also provides 14 inspiring conference rooms (33 to 200 m²) for corporate events, galas, conferences and workshops. Versatile breakout areas function as “flexspaces” and allow spontaneous meetings and get-togethers or can also be used as exhibition spaces.
In our role of Preferred Partner of the Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark, we are there for event organisers with our Venue Services team. From the first viewing through to implementation, we work closely with the Banquet Departments to realise perfect product presentations, anniversaries or conferences. We bring our know-how and network to bear to make sure that events are realised with creative flair and run without a hitch.
