The Volksparkstadion is a unique venue! Away from the pitch and terraces, the venue provides perfect event spaces. In VIP West and VIP Ost as well as other lounges, you will find a fitting stage for your event.

In our role of Preferred Partner, we support the Volksparkstadion with state-of-the-art event and media technology and will deliver professional planning and realisation of your event in a unique stadium atmosphere. We work closely hand in hand with the team at the Volksparkstadion to make sure everything works out perfectly. Our many years of expertise will enable you to free up time and resources so you can focus on the actual job of event management. We will accompany you right from the initial preliminary site inspection – so you can benefit from our strong range of technical services as well as from the entire N&M network.

Overview of spaces

  • VIP West

    The “Event-Center” is the event hub on the west side of the stadium, providing a versatile event space measuring 1,300 m². Its innovative partition system enables flexible room combinations with space for up to 1,000 guests at stand-up receptions. The four rooms (100 to 120 m²) and “Mittellinie” catering area can be combined to suit your individual needs. Each room has an 85-inch screen, a PA system with hand-held microphones and controllable lighting for creating a variety of different atmospheres.

  • VIP Ost (Level 2)

    The VIP Ost event space combines functionality with an exclusive stadium view. The 960 m² foyer along with the rooms “Volkspark Klassiker Nord” and “Süd” (each 400 m²) provide ideal conditions for conferences and congresses. Add up to 22 boxes or lounge areas on Level 3 to your event – perfect for workshops and side meetings in an inspiring atmosphere.

  • Lounges (Level 2 and 3)

    Level 3 houses four generously dimensioned lounges for events. In addition, Levels 2 and 3 have a total of 49 exclusive boxes that can accommodate 10 to 40 persons, depending on your needs – ideal for smaller meetings or private events in a special atmosphere.
