Almost 40 years of N&M. That represents a great deal of experience in all kinds of events. It represents knowledge of technical developments, viable solutions and the potential for realising creative ideas with event technology. And, above all, it also represents a lot of satisfied clients and first-class references.
In 1981 when Jürgen Neumann and Eberhard Müller - at that time studying video and sound engineering - founded their company for PA systems for outdoor radio productions as well as for the rental of audio-technical equipment, they had no idea of the dynamic development that lay ahead. N&M Veranstaltungstechnik started off with 40 square metres of office and storage space in Düsseldorf. Their first orders came from the Westdeutschen Rundfunk (WDR).
So far they have added a further 18 branches and trade fair offices in Germany as well as a branch in Dubai and a permanent office for dealings with Eastern Europe. Today over 700 employees - engineers, production managers, project managers and experts from a wide range of different fields - work for N&M. We can also draw on over 2,500 highly qualified freelance technicians and supervisors from a variety of disciplines. Working under our supervision, they help to ensure that your event is a first-class success. This closely-knit network of branches and experts ensures that our clients can quickly access our know-how and technical equipment across our various locations. As we grow, our company is constantly acquiring new expertise. N&M started off as specialists for sound engineering but quickly expanded into the fields of lighting, video, conferencing, rigging, staging and event IT. Our studios for media production at our locations in Munich, Dresden and Hamburg can realise all kinds of audio-visual content for our clients, such as multiscreen shows or 3D animations, for example.
However, in spite of such rapid development, N&M has retained its 100% client-focus and its commitment to delivering 100% quality - and has also retained its independence.
