On 25th and 26th April 2018, 3,500 Deutsche Bahn AG managers gathered for the "DB Global Group Meeting 2018" at the Frankfurt trade fair centre. Technical equipment was provided for the main auditorium hosting the management meeting in hall 11.1 as well as for an in-house fair with adjacent catering area in hall 11.0 and an evening event held in the neighbouring Portalhaus.
The modern exhibition hall 11 boasts a total area of 24,000 m², with the event taking up 18,000 m² on two levels. We installed over 6,000 metres of trusses suspended from over 650 electrically driven chain hoists. 1,560 lights provided the appropriate lighting for both exhibits and speakers. Furthermore, our audio equipment also ensured perfect speech intelligibility for the speakers in hall 11.0. We also conjured up an atmospheric ambience for the evening event.
