ESCMID Global Congress in Munich

The world’s leading congress for infectiology welcomed 18,000 specialists to Munich. We installed numerous additional conference rooms for …

… the four-day programme – and made sure that everything ran smoothly at this prestigious event.

In mid-April 2026, 18,000 specialists for infectious diseases headed for the International Congress Center Messe München as well as six halls of the Munich Trade Fair Centre. Over a period of 4 days, experts discussed ways to combat the greatest threats to global health at the 36th edition of “ESCMID Global”, the world’s leading congress for infectiology and clinical microbiology.

Numerous conference rooms had to be created to accommodate such an extensive programme, which not only occupied the Congress Center, including the large Hall 14, but also six trade fair halls. We installed eleven additional conference rooms in these trade fair halls, taking care of room construction, equipment, seating and stages – as well as the entire media and event technology. Each of our temporary solutions created space for 400 to 800 attendees. Our teams provided high-quality, reliable support for more than 20 simultaneous speeches, presentations, workshops and symposia.

The congress also featured an exhibition area where numerous pharmaceutical companies presented their services and products while taking advantage of our complete range of services and equipment for their top-class stands.
