Having undergone extensive modernisation and located just a few minutes' walk from Düsseldorf's Königsallee, “AREA 44” and “AREA 48” provide a wonderfully exclusive off-location for bespoke gatherings. Whether you are looking to stage a management meeting, congress with workshops, product presentation or gala, this venue presents itself in a stylish atmosphere with an elegant setting for a wide range of corporate events and other types of occasion.

“AREA 44” can look back on a history stretching over 150 years. Part of the rear courtyard building was damaged in the First World War and not rebuilt until the early 2000s. The old brick walls were turned into columns, and modern glass elements were used to realise a room concept that is characterised by style and simplicity and lends the building new splendour.

“AREA 48” has given the location additional spaces on two levels. In addition to the 350 m² provided by “AREA 44”, an attractively designed outdoor area measuring 250 m² can also be integrated into clients' event concepts. Each level in “AREA 48” covers 450 m², providing a total of space for almost 200 guests. The technical equipment includes a turntable in the outdoor area and a stage lift in the indoor area that can be raised and lowered between the two levels. The lift also features a built-in turntable and is guaranteed to grab audiences' attention at vehicle presentations, for example.
